3. Quotes and Estimates

Rooftech provides free, no-obligation roofing estimates based on a thorough roof inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Quotes may change due to unforeseen conditions or additional scope of work identified during the project.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. A deposit may be required before the project begins.
Flexible financing options are available and subject to approval.
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
Late payments may incur interest at the maximum legal rate allowed under Texas law.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.
If work has already commenced, a cancellation fee will apply to cover costs incurred.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Non-refundable deposits or materials purchased cannot be reimbursed.

6. Workmanship and Warranties

Rooftech provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Product warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. The workmanship warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by natural disasters, storms, fire, or external factors.
Improper maintenance or tampering by third parties.
Normal wear and tear.

Clients are responsible for scheduling roof maintenance as needed.

7. Insurance Claims

Rooftech provides assistance with insurance claims but does not guarantee coverage approval. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance policies and ensuring timely claim filing.

8. User Conduct

When using Rooftech’s website or services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.
Refrain from illegal or unauthorized use of the website.

Rooftech reserves the right to deny service to any individual who breaches these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rooftech will not be held liable for:
